Vero Lake: Living in the Country here in Florida

  I cannot stop thanking God for everything in my life! Praying to Him daily! Staying positive, loving, and joyful in the Lord the rest of my days! What a week of blessings from God! I am convinced that if one wants to have happiness in this life, they need to count their blessings, pray to God for others and the world and that His will be done in my life, to stay positive, loving, and joyful in His promises! The beach has been a glimpse of Heaven all week, green flag days, calm, clean, nice swimming, just so much peace and many blessings! I keep seeing this great big hawk/eagle in my back yard, taking some nice photos, he is huge. I even took some photos of the cat tails as I drove to the beach one day. I love them from my childhood and it is nice we have them here where we live now too. I was so impressed with the Independence Day celebration on the TV news and all President Trump said and did, celebrating all the flags, our veterans, gold star families, and all It was wonderful....

What an anointed and blessed life from God! We all receive an anointed life, although some do not see all the blessings and goodness of God in our lives. We need to count our blessings! I love the beach here in Indian River County, Wabasso Beach is the best!  We need to give God all the glory for all in life! He has anointed us! Are you counting your blessings? Are you praying? Praying for others and this world? Are you staying positive, loving, and joyful in the Lord? Enjoy this life you are given! Make the best of it! Love everyone! Be kind to all! Pray for everyone! Don't let any hate slip in or be blinded by hate, which we see a lot of today. It is all about following Jesus! Reflecting, forgiving, imitating, and loving like Him! He is the way, the truth, and the life, He is the only way to Heaven, we need to follow Him, we need to love like Him! Just so many blessing to count! I'm so blessed! Today the beach was like a green flag summer day at the beach! I love Wabasso Beach! So calm, clean, clear, and swimmable! I just have way too many blessings to count! I am not sure I can count that high! I am so blessed beyond measure! I had a wonderful upbringing. Loving parents who never drank and went to church and brought us up to know Jesus. Seven of us growing up in the country in Sauquoit, NY, what a blessing! To work on my neighbors farm, to be around animals on our own farm, my father had cows, pigs, goats, chickens, rabbits, bees, he was a do it all type of guy. We were raised on raw milk and honey!  I was blessed to go to a small town country school, paid my way through college myself while working at HoJo's. I was able to become a math teacher and worked for almost 40 years as an educator and professor at a university. I had the best career.  So many accomplishments, teaching awards, and publications.   What a week of God's blessings! It has been so nice this week. Plus we received a lot of good rain. so all is nice and green. I was able to transplant, plant, propagate, and do so much gardening and praying! God gave us a nice week at the beach and just so much peace! The great news too is that we found out that they are opening a Planet Fitness here in Sebastian now, so we will not have to drive all the way down to Vero Beach anymore. God is so great! What a blessing! I really love our house here in VLE, so nice, unfortunately our street is not enforced by police and it is supposed to be 35mph, but cars drive 50, 60, 70 mph, it has gotten very fast and loud. While we loved it here five years ago when we moved here, it is a little more congested, loud, and fast for us. We would like to buy up north and sell in Florida, taxes are higher here and after 30 years, it would be nice to move north closer to family and back to a slow country like environment where I grew up in Sauquoit. ...
