Vero Lake: Living in the Country here in Florida

  Today, like every single day, was a blessing from God!  The beach today was so lovely! What a blessing this morning! We are so blessed! Absolutely beautiful! God is so good to us! Then I even went for a walk by the lake and pond this evening in VLE where I live, just so wonderful in nature. An old colleague from worked called and we talked for a long time. I had a blessed career! Almost 40 years as an educator, so many blessings and accomplishments, so many wonderful students and research papers written. I am just so blessed, and now to be retired and have so much peace and blessings from God! I am turning it all over to Him! He has always taken such great care of me and still does! What can I complain about? While people and government disappoint, God never does. I am filled with gratitude, prayer, positivity, love, and joy in the Lord!   I love my little walks in VLE after dinner! It is nice to see all the trees and the progress of the day. New houses popping up all over. I love all the wildlife here! The birds, eagles, butterflies, turtles, bees, squirrels, black snakes, owls, dragonflies, etc. The other night after we got home from church, feeling so blessed, spiritual, and full of God, I saw this beautiful cloud and light formation, God, is that you? Jesus are you there? God is among us here! He lives here with us. He loves us, He protects us, and He wants us to have a lot of peace here. Feeling so blessed by all the beauty from God here in Vero Lakes. God is great! He answers all our prayers! God is over all of us! Can't you see it in the photo?  What a blessing!
