Vero Lake: Living in the Country here in Florida

I am Pink Peppercorn blessed!  A lot of people do not like Florida Holly/Brazilian Pepper as this plant is very invasive here in Florida. I see it all over the place here in VLE and IRC, all of Florida it seems. What I love about it is that it always has so many nice red berries at Christmas time. You can put them on wreaths, it is very pretty. I found out the past year or so that the berries are actually edible and are really pink peppercorns. So I saved a bunch so that I may dry them out, it has been six months now or so, they are very dried out now, I am processing some, see below, and will then put them in my pepper grinder and try them out. How cool! I love fresh grind pepper! Now, maybe I can always just produce my own pepper for grinding. I have a lot of these plants all around. I see some people and businesses use them as a hedge too,  they are always green and nice, they won't die in cold weather like the clusia did this past winter. If you keep the FL Holly/BP cut do...

  Thank you God! What a week of blessings from my Maker! What a nice week at the beach and here in IRC, VLE, and Wabasso Beach! I met up with a friend on my walk in the woods by the lake, I just love all the turtles here! We have a lot living on our property, one dug a new home recently in our ditch. The beach was lovely this week. It is calming down and today was so nice. I did see a few fins in the water, so I know there were fish, sharks, or dolphins out there. It was a nice week. Plus we got a little rain a few times. I am blessed beyond measure and just want to keep counting my blessings for all God does for me, look at these beautiful photos, all I get to see and experience. God really is so good to all of us! It is so nice to have so much peace here! I am grateful and blessed for all! What an anointed and blessed life from God! We all receive an anointed life, although some do not see all the blessings and goodness of God in our lives. We need to count our blessings! I love the beach here in Indian River County, Wabasso Beach is the best!  We need to give God all the glory for all in life! He has anointed us! Are you counting your blessings? Are you praying? Praying for others and this world? Are you staying positive, loving, and joyful in the Lord? Enjoy this life you are given! Make the best of it! Love everyone! Be kind to all! Pray for everyone! Just so many blessing to count! I'm so blessed! Today the beach was like a green flag summer day at the beach! I love Wabasso Beach! So calm, clean, clear, and swimmable! I just have way too many blessings to count! I am not sure I can count that high! I am so blessed beyond measure! I had a wonderful upbringing. Loving parents who never drank and went to church and brought us up to know Jesus. Seven of us growing up in the country in Sauquoit, NY, what a blessing! To work on my neighbors farm, to be around animals on our own farm, my father had cows, pigs, goats, chickens, rabbits, bees, he was a do it all type of guy. We were raised on raw milk and honey!  I was blessed to go to a small town country school, paid my way through college myself while working at HoJo's. I was able to become a math teacher and worked for almost 40 years as an educator and professor at a university. I had the best career.  So many accomplishments, teaching awards, and publications.
